From training ground bust ups, super injunctions and hair transplants this tool has the ability to break news and allow fans to see into the minds of their idols. Famous players with Twitter accounts include Rio Ferdinand, Darren Bent, Charlie Adam and Wayne Rooney.
So far Chelsea’s superstars have mainly steered clear of the embarrassing faux pas and do not use the site but that does not mean that the Chelsea squad is a Twitter free zone.
